Some stories are easy to tell, not because they’re simple, but because they’re honest. Caroline and Paul’s love is like that. Their wedding at Bella Collina Mansion in Stokesdale, North Carolina brought people together from all corners of their lives. It was one of those rare days where everything just felt right. As a filmmaker, I try to capture moments as they naturally unfold, not just the big scenes, but the small ones that say the most. With Caroline and Paul, nothing needed to be forced. Their connection was there, in the way they looked at each other, in quiet moments with their families, in the way they held each other during the day. It was the emotion and connection that made this film what it is. Every shot came back to the same thing: two people who know each other, trust each other, and love each other in a way that feels steady and genuine.

From the moment I stumbled across Hannah’s work, I knew she was the one. Her talent as a filmmaker is so evident in the way she is able to capture authentic joy and love for so many couples on one of the happiest days of their lives. What sets her apart from the rest and further solidified our decision, however, is her genuine and kind spirit.
We wanted vendors that felt like friends simply blending into the celebration of our marriage, and working with Hannah leading up to the wedding day felt like exactly that. At times, I forgot she was our videographer and not just a fun guest! She goes above and beyond in being knowledgeable, caring, communicative, and flexible.
Wedding day is often such a blur, but Hannah is so attentive and grounded — she has an eye for true documentary style, capturing so many little moments that we forgot about and are so grateful to have on video. It’s clear how she pours genuine thought and care into telling each couple’s love story in every wedding film. We could not imagine working with anyone else and are unimaginably thankful that Hannah was the one capturing these memories that we will cherish forever.
